Coherence Sessions

This is the place where yoga and counseling blend into a unified healing modality

If you ever feel like your head and your heart are not on the same page, If presence and awareness feel difficult to access, and you’re stuck in a rut that you feel but can’t really explain

Coherence Sessions are right for you.

Coherence is a harmonious state of unity and flow between the mind, body, and spirit. It’s a state that allows for optimal healing and functioning.

Coherence Sessions will offer you:

While traditional talk therapy might scratch the surface of coherence, mindfulness and therapeutic movement may allow deeper access to sustainable nervous system regulation and meaningful inner work.

Coherence sessions are uniquely structured to guide you through an embodied experience of healing. Through a blend of Polyvagal and Attachment Theory, meditation, yoga, and evidence-based techniques, you will find new ways to process trauma, grief, chronic stress, anxiety, and other somatic concerns.

These 60-minute sessions are offered virtually or in-person. No prior yoga experience is needed.”

Private Sessions

If you’re interested in becoming more confident in the basics of yoga, strengthening your chaturanga, or finding a deeper connection with your practice, book a private session.

$85 per 60-minute session
$110 per 75-minute session

Group classes are offered weekly at Yoga Inspired in Raleigh, NC on Tuesdays 7-8:15pm Slow Flow & Meditation.

Yoga with Kelsey provided me with skills and techniques to reduce and/or manage anxiety symptoms. I love this practice.
Kelsey teaches you very valuable yoga techniques that are extremely helpful. She gave me calming techniques that were easing to implement on my own. I loved her group.
Kelsey is an awesome yoga instructor. I am not very advanced in my practice, and she made me feel completely at ease. She is calm & collected, and makes the exercise and physical stretching enjoyable, as well as the emotional / mental work. If you want to try and challenge yourself and try something new, Kelsey is there to support and guide you. Can’t recommend her class enough!
